Sanjaya + New York = WTF?

by Heather Scoville

sanjaya.jpgOh, heck. Please let this be a hoax. I love watching New York choose her man, and I love the always entertaining Sanjaya from American Idol, but I just don’t think I can handle them together. It seems as if Sanjaya has applied to be on “I Love New York 2″ according to TMZ:

TMZ has learned that “Flava of Love” diva New York has attracted a wild-haired suitor for the new season of VH1’s “I Love New York” … and it appears to be exiled “Idol” Sanjaya Malakar! *roaring crowd noise*

While TMZ has not been able to confirm whether or not it was the real Sanjaya who sent in the audition tape, they have a clip of the strange video their website if you’re interested. I’m not sure what to think, so tell me what you think in the comment section below.

  2. Lyndsey Says:

What happened to the guy New York chose in the first season of I Love New York?

  3. Victoria Garson Says:

well first off to lyndsey who posted a comment asking what happened to the guy new york chose in the first season…he dumped her…after proposing he decided on the reunion show that he came there for tiffany and got new york and was not happy that she had said some very rude crap about his mother after watching the show he decided to skip out on her…it was hilarious actually…yeah i know its mean but come on it was bound to not work out…i will be watching the new season though cant wait! and if sanjaya is on the new season that will be disturbing new york is a lot of woman to handle i dont think someone that is such a little kid could handle her…would be funny to watch though…

Victoria is right, Lyndsey. Tango dumped NY at the reunion (which is still replaying on VH1 from time to time, so check out my TV Schedule category for the times). There was also a rumor that Tango already had a girlfriend and only did the show for publicity (there is an article about that here on the site, too, so check out the I Love New York category for that article).

I’m hoping Sanjaya isn’t really on the season, or if he is, then he’s like a consultant or something rather than a contestant. He’s only 17, afterall!
