Celebrity Fit Club Finale–

Well, it’s an hour and a half finale with the promise of big drama. Let’s see if it delivers. We start out with a big recap of the entire season focusing, of course, on Dustin’s attention grabbing tantrums. They do recap some of the more inspiring stories this season that have been overshadowed, but then returns to the drama recap.

On day 99, the celebrities head into the stadium for their final evaluations. Dustin is already complaining and says he’d rather eat a turd than do another fit camp. There is only 1% point difference in amount of weight lost between the teams. If there happens to be a tie, the team who improves the most over their first day will win. Cledus and Maureen are the celebs with the biggest improvement. Warren broke the long jump record, bringing his team into the lead.

The stairs are the last obstacle. Dustin doesn’t want to give it his all. Tiffany does 14 flights and Maureen does 15. Brat and Kim each do 10 and then the guys start. Dustin does 4 flights and then quits. Maureen tries to get him to do more, but he just quits. The other guys just keep going while Maureen and Tiffany try to figure out Dustin’s lack of motivation. Dustin tells them he is doing it all out of spite and revenge. Maureen goes and does more flights so Ross doesn’t have to walk alone. Dustin threatens that he won’t show up tomorrow and Harvey jumps in and tells him he has no respect for him. Dustin promises he’ll show up swinging at the final weigh in.

Everyone washes their hands of Dustin and his attitude. Da Brat promises she’ll beat him down if she sees him on the street and then realizes she has a court date and promises she’ll get someone to do it for her. Ross tries to talk him into stop being such an idiot, but doesn’t really get through to him. Big surprise there, no?

The entire cast looks great as they come in for the final weigh in. Brat looks hot and actually like a woman in her outfit showing off her new body. She does a model walk to the scale. Her final weight is 146 lbs. meaning she lost 5 lbs. She lost a total of 26 lbs. and 15.1% of her starting weight. Harvey is checking her out and smiling. She says she’s not going to gain it back. Stacy introduces a clip of a song Brat wrote for the show and her team recorded. If you want to hear the song, it’s up on VH1.com. Jermaine Dupri has recorded a congratulations message for her. She cries when she hears it and Harvey says that he would have been hugging and kissing her since day 1 instead of fighting her if he knew she looked like that. They hug and he compliments her again. They show her shrinking body morph and it’s definitely noticeable.

Tiffany goes next. She weighs in at 124 lbs. meaning she lost 7 lbs. and blew away her target for the season. She lost a total of 28 lbs. and is now 1 lb. away from the weight she was at for her Playboy shoot. Her husband misses her booty and Harvey is again smitten. She attributes her success to Harvey and his workouts. He tells her to keep up her fight. Her body morph is also very dramatic.

Ant calls Ross a “gym rat” and he goes up to the scale. Ross has long passed his goal, but his new goal was to lose a total of 40 lbs. for the entire season. He ends at 173 lbs. losing a total of 41 lbs. for the season, even though his goal was 30 lbs. He ended up losing over 19% of his body weight. Ross confesses that his dad died from a lifestyle disease and he wants to have kids and not leave them too young like his dad did to him. Stacy gives us a clip of Ross meeting up with Rosie O’Donnell in his new body. She makes him twirl and does her Harvey impression. She is very proud of him. She is the reason Ross did the show in the first place. Ross compliments Harvey on his pink shirt and Harvey says he was very impressed with Ross and his growth. He gives Ross a Marine Corps coin for being an outstanding performer and gets a hug. Ross’s body morph ends with his pants falling down from all the weight he lost.

Kimberley heads up to the scale. Her final weight is 149 lbs. meaning she lost 2 lbs. Kimberley gets a congratulations message from her mom. She starts crying because her mom is overweight and she wants to help her now. Stacy asks her about dealing with Dustin and Kim says she just feels sorry for him. Harvey is again drooling and says life is good and says he and Kim need to have their pizza date. Her body morph isn’t quite as dramatic as the others, but it’s still noticeable.

Maureen kisses Ant as she takes her final stroll down the catwalk to the scale. Dr. Ian compliments her right away. She is sad it’s her last time on the scale. Her final weight is 116 lbs. which is another 3 lbs. breaking her new goal and she lost 34 lbs. for the season. She is the individual winner this season and a gospel choir comes in and sings for her as she screams a lot. Harvey takes pictures of this moment while the rest of the cast stands up and claps along and celebrates as she dances. Even Dustin joined in. She gets a gorgeous diamond studded pendant and matching ring. She puts them both on and screams some more. Ant tells her there is more and she gets a trip for 4 to Canada. Stacy is proud of her and Maureen tells her how much she loves getting dressed now. She does a little dance for Harvey and he fans himself. Harvey tells her she kept the fire in him at fit camps. Her body morph is amazing.

Warren G goes to weigh in looking dapper in his suit. His final weight is 190 lbs. meaning he lost 1 more lb. and a total of 31 lbs. for the season. Warren says his kids got him through this. He chokes up as he talks about being there for them and watch them grow up. Cledus gets choked up as Warren talks. He’s trying so hard not to cry. Stacy shows him a video of his wife congratulating him and how she’s glad he did it. Harvey gives him a chance to address his team and he tells them he loves them and also gets a hug from Harvey. His body morph is significant, especially because he loses that stupid half shirt thing.

Cledus goes up for his final weigh in. His weight is 179 lbs. which means he lost another 2 lbs. bringing him down a total of 35 lbs. for the show. They give him props for his complete transformation. Stacy talks about trying to get him on a plane this week. They headed to the airport and he agreed to get on a plane, but refused to fly anywhere. He freaks out when he sees the plane roll up. Stacy’s goal was just to get him on the plane and sit him in a seat. He starts crying in the waiting area. They walk the jetway and get on the plane. She gets him to sit in a seat but then panics and says he’s getting off the plane. Stacy tries to get him to stay on the plane by telling him his daughter is in Phoenix waiting for them. He agrees to go and does pretty much okay and even makes it through the landing. He grabs his daughter and she tells him she’s proud of him. He says he will fly again. As Cledus tells Stacy about his experience and how great it was, Dustin rolls his eyes. Rascal Flatts recorded a congrats message, as did his daughter and her mom. He thanks Harvey for his motivation. His body morph is obviously the most significant with all of the physical changes he made.

It’s Dustin’s turn, and they left him until the end for a good reason. We are treated to all of Dustin’s “best” moments. He goes to weigh in and finishes at 187 lbs. meaning he lost 13 lbs. Everyone is speechless. He lost 13% of his body weight, or 30 lbs. He admits to sweating out weight and taking fat burners and he’s upset that they are taking away his congratulations. Dr. Ian tells him he doesn’t care what diet they follow, but it’s about doing it healthily. Dustin lashes out at him telling him he knows that Dr. Ian is upset because Dustin refuses to be a walking endorsement for his book and he will write his own diet book. Cledus makes a comment that makes Stacy tell the panel not to waste their time. She shows Dustin’s final video he made. He says on the video he made his point that he could lose weight without doing anything the panel wanted. He then proceeds to make fun of Cledus and Brat. He immediately turns around after the clip and provokes Cledus. He gets up and walks toward Dustin on the scale. Maureen stands between them and Harvey, Warren, and another big guy goes up and pulls him away as he tells Dustin to stop making fun of his daughter. It devolves into some sort of fight where Cledus says Dustin’s girlfriend calls him more than she does Dustin. He gets pulled out of the room. Stacy tells him it’s not funny, and he says none of them were ever going to laugh. Brat tells him he’s not funny and to go back to the club. Cledus comes back into the room and Harvey tells him to get off his scale. Dustin’s body morph ends with him flipping off the camera.

Dustin and Brat are still verbally going at it. Dustin goes out a side door to talk to a camera, and Cledus tries to go after him, but is stopped by the rest of the cast. Dustin tells the camera he thought Cledus could take a joke, but he’s stupid if he doesn’t understand he wasn’t making fun of his daughter.

They eventually all get to the giant scales and climb on for the last time to see who won the grand prize consisting of some diamond and 14 carat gold jewelry, a new wardrobe, and a full set of cookware and cutlery, camping package including a pet tent, a luxury South African journey, and $10,000 in cash. Since Dustin came through at the end, the Athletes win losing a total of 18.1% of their cumulative body weight. The Regulators lost 15.2%. Maureen, Ross, and Tiffany were the top three losers of the entire show and it didn’t matter who their third teammate was because they would have won no matter what. Brat gets a final confessional about how miserable Dustin is and what a wonderful experience it has been.

And that’s it! Celebrity Fit Club: Men vs. Women has come to a dramatic end. Here’s to hoping next year is less eventful.
