by Heather Scoville

Again, I apologize for the delay in this recap, but I’ve finished watching the show and it is a good one! This Sunday is the Celebrity Fit Club finale, and there is a marathon of this season all day in case you missed any episodes.

Until then, enjoy the recap of last week’s show…after the jump.

Celebrity Fit Club–

Last time on Fit Club, Dustin alienates the whole cast and stays away from the next fit camp. Will he come back? We’ll find out this week.

It’s day 85 and the celebs return to fit camp and Harvey tells them all that Dustin will be there that afternoon. No one is too excited to hear that news. He shows up and goes straight to his trailer without saying a word. Maureen asks him if he’s been dieting, and he spouts some more weird “zen” ideas.

Ant welcomes everyone and asks Dustin if he’s ready. Harvey tells him he doesn’t think he deserves anymore attention than a cockroach. This week the celebs will be riding BMX bikes to win a hot tub and a sweet grill. Dustin bites the pavement several times. He tells them he is sick and can’t breathe. The men go first and they hit the course. Cledus and Warren win easily, with Ross right behind them as Dustin eventually makes it across the line.

The women are next and Brat and Tiffany take an early lead. Tiffany falls but gets back up to finish. Kimberley and Brat win this round and the men line up again. Dustin tells the paramedic that he’s dizzy and sick. He tells Ross he’s going to sit it out because he doesn’t want to pass out. Harvey gives him crap because all of his vitals are fine and he’s letting his team down. He eventually gets up to the starting line. Once again, Cledus and Warren win again and Ross works hard to finish as Dustin just quits at the halfway point. He says he’s not going to hurt himself. Harvey asks him if he’s been working out and he says no. His team is really disappointed he even came back.

It’s day 86 and weigh-in time. They all file in and there is a tight shot of Dustin’s shirt that says “Star of the Show”. Ant introduces the panel and Dr. Ian gets a big round of applause for his new baby. Ross says Dustin not showing up last week was a slap in the face and if he’s gained weight, it’s a lack of respect. Tiffany says she will reserve judgment until he weighs in. Dustin says he’s there with peace in his soul.

Kimberley weighs first and loses 4 lbs. to bring her down to 151 lbs. She hit her goal and is very happy. She’s lost 25 lbs. for the season and she’s 3 lbs. away from her season target. Stacy wants to bring up fit camp and how happy she was to beat the red team. She says her goal is to keep losing weight, help her team, and win the grand prize. Harvey gives her a goal of 3 lbs. for the final weigh in.

Ross gets up next and he weighs in at 177 lbs. meaning he lost 4 lbs. He is down a total of 37 lbs. or 17.3% of his body weight. His goal for the show is to lose a total of 40 lbs. Stacy introduces a clip of him shopping for some new clothes. He meets with a stylist who has picked out all kinds of clothes for him. He’s so excited about the new clothes. Harvey gives him a target of 3 lbs. for the final weigh in.

Ant shows a clip of the celebs trying on some new jeans. Brat gets up to weigh and she has lost 3 lbs. bringing her down to 151 lbs. She’s fine with the three she lost even though she didn’t lose her goal. She admits to having a few drinks throughout the week. Harvey took Brat aside to do gymnastics since she wouldn’t do the ropes course. She jumps on a trampoline and has a great time. Harvey tells her she has to lose 6 lbs. for the final weigh in.

Maureen gets to go next. She has already met her target, but she’s still losing weight for the team. She now weighs 119 lbs. losing 2 lbs. making that 20.7% of her body weight is gone. She says she uses Susie’s Healthy Gourmet to keep eating right. Stacy shows Maureen interacting with her brother. Harvey gives her a goal of 2 lbs. for the last time. Maureen thanks everyone and tells them she loves them.

Cledus goes to weigh in. Dr. Ian reminds him that he promised he would jump in the pool if he makes his show goal. He lost 4 lbs. bringing him down to 181 lbs. and he breaks his goal. He starts taking off his shoes, but Harvey tells him to weight. Stacy shakes her head at him as he says he went back to chicken and broccoli. Dr. Ian says he’s concerned about that because as he adds stuff back, he won’t know how to do it correctly. Harvey says he didn’t get the recognition he deserved for winning fit camp. Harvey gives him a 3 lb. goal and throws him a towel to jump in the pool. The whole cast follows him out (except for Dustin) and Cledus strips down to his boxers and jumps in. Kimberley also jumps in fully clothed.

They go back into the weigh ins and Warren G takes the scale. He weighs 191 lbs. meaning he lost 3 lbs. He’s surprised and Stacy asks him what he sees in the mirror. He says he sees a handsome guy and it helped his love life. He shows Harvey the beginning of his six pack abs. His final target will be 3 lbs.

Tiffany feels the pressure from her teammates who have both exceeded their goals, but walks up to the scale confidently. She has lost another 3 lbs. bringing her down to 131 lbs. Stacy asks her about Dustin coming back and Tiffany says she had already closed that chapter but will reserve judgment until after he weighs. Harvey commends her for her striving to finish after biffing it on the bikes. Her final target is 4 lbs.

They saved Dustin for last. He now weighs 200 lbs. meaning he lost the 5 lbs. he gained last time. He says he is glad to be down to 200 lbs. and he’s been taking a fat burner. Warren doesn’t like it and thinks it’s cheating. Dr. Ian talks about fat burners as Warren complains to his team. Dustin’s attitude is that he didn’t gain weight so it’s all good. He doesn’t really fight at all and says he’s at peace. Dr. Ian asks him to take the last two weeks and do it the way the panel wants him to do it. He says he’ll think about it. Stacy asks his team what they think and Ross asks Dustin if he’s there for the team. Dustin says he’s there to lose weight. Warren is still muttering about cheating. Dustin talks about butting heads and Harvey asks if he’s been to Mecca or something and Dustin says he’s just in a different place now. Harvey invites him to boot camp and Dustin says he’ll check his schedule and he doesn’t want to fight about it. Harvey gives him a goal of 6 lbs.

Warren interviews backstage that he’s upset that Dustin is “cheating” by taking the fat burners. Cledus and Brat also interview about Dustin’s new attitude. Warren confronts Dustin about how he feels he’s cheating. Dustin doesn’t think he’s cheating and thinks the other team is mad just because he’s back and their team isn’t winning. He mutters something about being for truth and logic and he likes his shirt.

They all get on the giant scales and this week they have tie. The red team has lost 14.5% of their body weight so they are ahead. The blue team has lost 13.9% of their body weight so even with Dustin’s meltdown, his team is winning.

Next week is the finale and Dustin once again creates more drama by quitting. He makes fun of Brat and Cledus which causes Cledus to get up and to “talk” to him as others hold him back. Harvey kicks Dustin off the scale. There are more celebrities like Rascal Flatts and Rosie O’Donnell who will make an appearance, but it looks like this season will end with more Dustin. What a waste of air time.
