Celebrity Fit Club—
Previously on Fit Club, Dustin has been blowing off the diet for 64 days and is an all around ass to everyone. It came to blows on last week’s show, and everyone walked out as Harvey threatened to jump the desk and beat Dustin.
Last week was to be continued, so this week’s show starts off where it left off. Harvey is still railing Dustin, and the rest of the cast (except Ross) have left the room and are threatening to walk off the show. Tiffany decides she needs to go home because it’s too much like her childhood. Finally, Dustin gets off the scale and goes to a bedroom and says he’ll stay just to piss people off. Cledus listens to him rant from an easy chair, and Ross comes in to try to calm Dustin down. He tells Dustin he likes him as a person, but it’s hard to be on his side sometimes. Cledus leaves them to talk and Ross just wants Dustin to admit to mistakes and make them right. Dustin claims he did admit he’d be heavier, but no one listens to him. At the end of their talk, Dustin is calmer, but still obstinate.
The rest of the cast (except Tiffany and Dustin) go back into the weigh in room for Kimberley’s weigh in. She is now 157 lbs., losing 3 lbs. Stacy gives her kudos for being a great role model. We then see a clip of Kimberley filming her video for her new song “Change”. She says she’s very pleased with how she looks. The cast cheers for her and tells her how hot she is in the video. Kimberley cries because she’s allowed Dustin to steal her joy a little bit, but she’s happy with what she’s doing. She’s upset because she’s afraid she let her little girl fans down by letting Dustin talking to her like that.
The following week, Stacy gathers all of them together to talk about the drama. Dustin decides not to attend. She tells them they don’t know what Dustin’s future will be with the show. Tiffany starts out the talking by saying she’s amazed at the level he has taken it to and feels like a traitor when she’s nice to him because he’s saying bad things about others. Brat and Cledus are mad about his offer to give Kimberley his porn wares. Warren, ever the peace maker, says he tells everyone to just ignore Dustin. Maureen says she was fine until he started making jokes about retarded people because her brother is mentally challenged. Ross says he’s trying to be the peace maker, but Dustin makes it very hard. They get it all out and then head to the Fit Club activity of the week.
Harvey makes them climb up a big pole, walk across a balance beam in the air, and then swinging down from the harness. Maureen goes first and loves it and wants to go again. Warren has trouble with the height and gets stuck on the ladder. He finally gets up there and clings to the pole for dear life. He can’t do it and he says he’ll let someone else go first and gets lowered gently to the ground. Ross breezes through the course, but then balks at swinging on his harness. He says he wants his mommy, but eventually swings and screams about having the worst wedgie ever. Tiffany completes the course easily. Kimberley says she’s doing it for Warren G and gets through with no problems. Cledus, who is afraid of heights and flying, even makes it through. Brat is nervous and Harvey climbs up before her to try to get her up there, but she goes right back down the ladder. Warren decides to try again and he does it this time. Unfortunately, when he tries to swing, his harness gets caught on the platform. The rest of the cast is on the ground laughing at him as he finally gets unstuck and swings through the air.
The cast gathers for weigh-in on day 74. Dustin is still not there, and Ant says they don’t know what his plans are yet. Dr. Ian isn’t at the weigh-in because his wife just had a baby boy. Harvey and Stacy will be conducting the weigh-ins this time by themselves. Warren goes first and he loses 2 lbs. to bring him down to 194 lbs. Stacy asks him about the Fit Club challenge and he attributes his success to Harvey’s motivation. They show the clip of him getting stuck again and everyone laughs. Harvey gives him a goal of 3 lbs. for the next weigh-in.
Tiffany goes up to weigh and loses 3 lbs. bringing her down to 134 lbs. Stacy and Harvey tell her she looks great and they can really see a difference. Stacy then delves deeper into how the Dustin fiasco affected her. Tiffany tells her she doesn’t allow that type of yelling in her home because she’s trying to break the cycle for her 14 year old son.
Maureen is up next. She is down to 121 lbs. meaning she lost her 1 lb. goal. She is so happy she screams. Maureen admits Monday was a bad day for her because of the things Dustin said. Stacy asks her how she coped with the retarded comments Dustin made. She says she decided to not let Dustin take her down. They then show her at a workout consisting of pillow fighting. Apparently, pillow fighting can burn 750 calories an hour. Maureen says she likes submission and then challenges Harvey to a pillow fight, but he laughs and declines. She sets her own goal as 3 lbs.
Ant asks Brat about the t-shirts her team is wearing, and she says she had them designed by a friend of hers for her whole team. She heads up to the scale and gains 1 lb. bringing her up to 154 lbs. Brat says she didn’t work out as much, but still ate okay and realizes they have to do both to lose the weight. Stacy asks her about her failure at Fit Camp. She says she looked down and was really scared. Harvey offers her a one-on-one session at the course again and she says no way. He promises to come up with something else to make up for it.
Ross is next and weighs in at 181 lbs. meaning he lost 1 lb. He says he’s fine with that because it’s just like “money in the bank” since he’s already hit his goal. Stacy asks Ross about how Dustin is affecting the team. He says he doesn’t know how his weight will affect the entire team, but they are all still dedicated to doing their best. Ross says he doesn’t hate Dustin, so he doesn’t want to say it’s better without him. Harvey says he’ll say it for Ross and that Dustin is a waste of sperm. Ross decides to set his goal at 3 lbs.
Cledus now weighs 185 lbs. which means he didn’t lose anything. Cledus gets mad at Stacy because he changed up his diet and didn’t lose anything, while he was consistently eating chicken and broccoli he lost. He refuses to listen to anyone and gets mad he didn’t lose anything and says that won’t win him the money. Harvey tells him that he guarantees a difference and a loss this week. Cledus gets the goal of 2 lbs.
Kimberley is up and has her shirt tucked in this week. Her weight is 155 lbs., losing 2 lbs. They have a video clip of Kimberley handing out the gifts and prizes to the kids that her team won from the dance off challenge. Stacy talks to her about her decision not to leave the show after the Dustin blow up. She stayed because her cast was behind her and showed concern. Kimberley says she’s ready for Dustin to come back and it will help her team win. Her goal for next weigh-in is 4 lbs.
It’s time for the giant scales. The Athletes lost the most this week and have lost a total of 12.6% of their weight, and the Regulators are at 12.1% lost. They show an interview with Dustin who just rambles on and on about some random things in the back of a limo. That interview makes no sense, but next week’s preview shows us that Dustin will be back next week. He quits the Fit Camp and then admits to taking a weight loss pill, which Warren declares as cheating.
