Previously, Chance and Real interrogated the guys and they determined Pretty was hiding something and he and New York had a yelling match before Pretty left the house. The rest of the guys got mad when New York showed up with Chance and Real on her arms and she apologized at eliminations.
The next morning, Entertainer is recapping how the party turned into a disaster. They all head down to breakfast and find a note saying New York will join them soon. They discuss how sorry they feel for her actually liking Chance. New York joins them and apologizes again for what happened. Buddha is still cautious and New York tells them there is something really fun and special planned for the day to a bunch of awkward silence. New York asks the guys if everyone is happy with her in the house and everyone nods except Buddha and she takes him aside. He tells her he’s disappointed with her and he put the brakes on his feelings. She tries to reassure him that she’s trying to move past what happened and doesn’t want Chance.
New York decides to take the guys to a special place to find out who is the best for her. They meet a handwriting expert/psych technician. He’s going to evaluate them on compatibility with New York and the winner will get a solo date. He takes Tailor Made into a room for an ink blot test. New York takes the test, too. Entertainer thinks everything looks like the devil and Buddha says everything is cool. Some of the guys see a large breasted woman. Their next test is to doodle whatever comes to mind. Entertainer is told he’s narcissistic (and then New York is told she is, too). Buddha is asked if he’s hiding something after his doodle test. The final test is a handwriting test. Most of the guys are pegged by their handwriting.
While everyone is waiting for the results, Buddha talks about his acting career and how he’s been on Nip/Tuck. This makes New York seriously upset and she picks a fight with Buddha about whether or not he’s only there as an acting gig then she storms out of the room. Buddha follows her and she tries to get away. He says he’s out of patience and goes back to the waiting room. New York wanted him to fight with her and can’t believe he left her.
The psych analyst comes out to give results. Tailor Made is told he likes strong women in a destructive way. Punk finds out he masturbates a lot. Mr. Wise is creative, but emotionally unavailable. Entertainer is a narcissist and he agrees. New York gets curious when she is told Buddha is hiding something. The analyst then tells New York she’s most closely compatible with Entertainer. He’s excited to win his first challenge.
When they get back to the house, Entertainer steam irons his clothes and gets ready for his date. While they are gone, the rest of the guys decide to play a joke on Entertainer and make the house look like the evil spirits are back.
On their date, Entertainer eats New York’s food and she says she likes the way he’s goofy. She says she feels his weirdness. She decides to figure out if she’s a sexual conquest and if he’s a pervert like her mom thinks. He tells her she was turned on by her freakiness but tries to tell her he wants to get to know her first. She likes he speaks his mind, but she’s still unsure about him. A belly dancer comes over to their table and New York wants Entertainer to get up and dance with her. He doesn’t want to and she keeps pressuring him to dance with her and he refuses. They both get really upset and look like they are about ready to explode. He keeps getting even angrier when New York starts laughing. He gets up and shakes a little and wants to leave.
In the limo Entertainer and New York decide to play a joke on the other guys. He decides he’s going to pack everything up and they will cuss at each other like they had an awful date and tell the other guys he’s leaving. While they yell at each other, the other guys are outside waiting for Entertainer to see the “evil spirits” prank and come inside to help him pack. The other guys are happy to carry his bags out. He eventually tells them it’s a joke and the other guys are mad they were pranked. New York said they had a great date, but there is something about Entertainer she doesn’t think would work.
Buddha then pulls New York aside and she’s still angry with him, but she likes him a lot. Buddha says he can be flexible. Meanwhile, Tailor Made calls his ex-wife and she says she saw Buddha on a dating show on BET. He runs and tells Punk and Punk says he hopes New York finds out about that on her own, but if she doesn’t then he’ll tell her.
The guys then get a note about their next challenge. New York gathers them together and tells them she needs to find a man who can get into a long term relationship with. She introduces them to her therapist and they will undergo couples counseling. Entertainer goes first and agrees to be a Mr. Mom or New York calls him her wife. Mr. Wise is next and they discuss how close he is to his ex-girlfriend. Tailor Made thinks he’ll do well since he’s been through it a lot. He gets a scenario where he needs a penis transplant and he agrees to do it if it meant he’d please her. Buddha is next and New York calls him out for lying. She thinks he’s too strong and dominant to bend for her. He refuses to be her “wife” and the doctor says that’s a good thing for her. Punk comes in and even the doctor comments on his body. It turns out Punk is the perfect balance for New York right now. Punk decides now is the time to tell New York that Buddha was on the other dating show and that upsets her.
New York takes Buddha aside later to ask him about being on the other dating show. He laughs it off and says it was just for fun and it was nothing. She continues to ask him if he’s just there as a gig or if he really is there for her. She doesn’t know if she loves him or hates him, wants him to stay or to get out. She says he’s driving her crazy.
At elimination, Tailor Made thinks he’s safe and Mr. Wise is a bit concerned about being friends with his ex. Buddha says both he and New York are actors and actors need love, too. New York gives the first chain to Punk for being masculine, but willing to bend for her. She says she’s feeling him like a brother. She quickly digs out of that hole and they declare their love for each other. Tailor Made gets a chain for being her wife. The next chain goes to Entertainer for showing her another side. Sister Patterson talks some smack as Entertainer goes back to the lineup. New York tells Mr. Wise that he’s a great man, but she’s not sure he’s open enough to meet her needs and she cuts him loose. He says she’s missing out, but he’ll always have love for New York. She then says she can get over the fact that Buddha is an actor. She says she wants smooth sailing from now on and Buddha says that’s on her. This makes New York upset and Sister Patterson gets up and leaves so she doesn’t have to watch them fight. They all get some champagne and New York tells them she doesn’t want to argue everytime they talk.
Next time, all the parents come for a visit. Entertainer’s mom and Sister Patterson fight, Punk’s mom doesn’t want him there, and Buddha tells Sister Patterson she isn’t right, which sets off New York.
