Heath Ledger Found Dead

I know this doesn’t have anything to do with VH1 or VH1 reality shows, but I couldn’t help but put up a post because I didn’t believe it when I heard it on the radio this afternoon. Heath Ledger was found dead in a New York apartment this afternoon. He was 28. Our thoughts go out to his family and his little daughter Matilda.

Tomorrow we’ll get back to the VH1 news.

    Its quite a surprise to me as well. My roommate found out like 20 minutes after he died. (He didn’t tell me though.) And then, when I found out 2 hours later he told me he already knew. Then, my other roomie came in to tell us, and we all just collapsed from over-hearing it.

    Frankly though, I don’t think it really matters. Its just another life, just because he’s famous, hes getting the attention. No reason to actually get upset about it. maybe…

    I guess it really hits home with me just because he’s actually a year younger than I am with a small child. Anytime I hear of a death like that I can’t help but be sad, whether they are famous or not. It will be even more devastating if they do find out it was an accident instead of a suicide.
